Services

What Atlas Frontier Solutions actually builds, and what each service involves. Every price, plan, and payment link lives on the pricing page.

Website design and development

The core service: a website designed and built for one business rather than adapted from a stock template. Work starts with what the business does, who its customers are, and what a visitor should be able to do once they arrive. The design follows from those answers, so the result looks like it belongs to that business and not to whichever template was nearest to hand.

  • A design built around the business, not adapted from a template
  • Layouts that work on phones as carefully as on desktops
  • Written and structured so a person using a screen reader can navigate it
  • Contact routes that reach the business owner directly
  • Code the client owns outright once the project is paid in full

A standard build covers the pages most businesses need. Anything beyond that is available through the feature tiers below. See what a base website costs.

Website renovation

Renovation is for a business that already has a website and does not want to start over. It is a different job from a new build: the site already has visitors, existing pages that may rank in search, and decisions made by whoever built it first. All of that has to be understood before anything is changed.

Every renovation begins with a review of the existing site:

  • What the existing site is built on, and whether it can be improved in place
  • Which pages carry search traffic already, so that traffic survives the work
  • What is genuinely broken as opposed to simply dated
  • Whether a rebuild would cost less than repairing what is there

Working inside someone else's system takes longer than starting fresh, and how much longer depends entirely on what is already there. That is why renovations are quoted individually after the review rather than priced from a standard list. Read the renovation quoting policy.

Added features

Anything beyond a standard website is grouped into four tiers by how much work it takes to build. The tiers make it possible to add capability to a project without renegotiating the whole thing, and to know in advance roughly what a request will cost.

Tier 1: visual enhancements
Custom galleries, richer animation, unique sections, and visual polish beyond the standard build.
Tier 2: interactive features
Advanced forms, filtering and search, a blog or content system, email automations, and dynamic sections.
Tier 3: backend features
Booking systems, content the owner can edit directly, database-driven pages, and file uploads.
Tier 4: advanced business systems
Admin dashboards, client portals, CRM integrations, inventory systems, business automation, and the Atlas AI assistant.

See what each tier costs.

Atlas AI assistant

Atlas AI is an assistant that answers visitors' questions on the website when nobody is available to answer them personally. It is built on the business's own information: its services, prices, policies, hours, and the questions customers actually ask. It is a Tier 4 feature, and it can be added to a site Atlas Frontier Solutions built or fitted to an existing website.

What it does is set per business. It can be configured to:

  • Answer the questions customers ask most often
  • Collect a visitor's details and pass them on as a lead
  • Help a visitor start a booking or enquiry
  • Hand the conversation to a person when it needs one
  • Reply only outside business hours, if that suits the business better
  • Work in more than one language

The information it answers from stays the client's property, and it keeps being corrected and extended after launch as real questions come in. Ask about Atlas AI for a quote.

Basic SEO optimization

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) helps search engines like Google understand a website so potential customers can find the business online. The technical groundwork for it is included with every website at no extra cost, because a site that search engines cannot read properly is not finished.

  • Search engine-friendly website structure
  • Mobile optimization
  • Fast-loading pages
  • Basic page titles and descriptions
  • Image optimization
  • Basic local business optimization (when applicable)

This is a foundation, not a guarantee. It gives search engines everything they need to understand and rank the site correctly, but no honest provider can promise a specific position or a specific amount of traffic, and nobody should be believed who does.

Website Care Plan

A website is not finished the day it launches. Software it depends on keeps being updated, security problems are found and patched, and content goes out of date. The Care Plan covers that ongoing work: monitoring the site, fixing problems that appear, updating content that already exists, and handling the technical management so the business owner does not have to.

New features, new pages, and redesigns are separate work and are quoted on their own. The Care Plan is optional, and a site without one keeps working; it simply does not get maintained unless someone asks. See Care Plan pricing and sign up.

Support and troubleshooting

Clients without a Care Plan can still ask for help when something goes wrong. Support covers investigating and fixing problems on an existing site, billed as one-off work rather than as a subscription.

Anything broken by Atlas Frontier Solutions' own work is fixed at no charge if it is reported within 30 days of final delivery. New functionality is not support; it is quoted under the feature tiers above. See support rates.

Not sure which of these you need?

Most people arrive knowing the problem rather than the solution. Describing the business and what it needs to do is enough to start; Atlas Frontier Solutions will work out which of the above applies and quote it before any work begins.
